1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LiveLink website (the “Site”), creating an account, purchasing a course or digital product, or engaging us for development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and by all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” means LIVELINK SOLUTIONS LLC.
• “Service” means the Site, the courses, digital products, prompt packages, subscriptions, and development services we provide.
• “Course” means any educational program, lesson, video, or training material we make available, including training on working with neural networks and AI tools.
• “Digital Product” means downloadable or access-based materials such as templates, prompt packages, scripts, and documentation.
• “Development Services” means custom work we perform, including CRM systems, AI automation, and application development.
• “User Content” means any material you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service.
• “Account” means the registered profile you use to access paid or restricted areas of the Service.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Notify us promptly at admin@livelink.space if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close any Account that is inactive, fraudulent, or used in breach of these Terms.

4. Courses, Digital Products & Prompt Packages

When you purchase or are granted access to a Course, Digital Product, or prompt package, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that material for your own learning and internal business purposes only.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publicly share, republish, or otherwise redistribute our Courses, Digital Products, or prompt packages, in whole or in part, nor use them to build a competing product or training program. You may not remove proprietary notices or circumvent any access controls. The license terminates automatically if you breach these restrictions.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are described at the point of purchase and may change over time. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current period. We may adjust prices on a going-forward basis and will provide reasonable notice before any change affects a renewal.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable fees, including recurring charges for subscriptions, plus any taxes that apply. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. If a charge fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved. All amounts are stated in the currency shown at checkout and, except as required by law or our Refund Policy, are exclusive of taxes.

7. Refunds

8. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. See /legal/aup.html for the complete policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content — including the Site, course materials, text, graphics, logos, video, software, prompt packages, and the “LiveLink” name and branding — are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 4, no rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely as necessary to operate, support, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law. We may remove User Content that breaches these Terms or our policies.

11. Third-Party Services & AI Output Disclaimer

The Service may rely on or link to third-party tools, platforms, and AI models. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

Our Courses and tools involve generative AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated, and may produce different results for different inputs. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any AI-generated output. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your licenses end and you must stop using and delete any Digital Products as required. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
