Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel a purchase from LIVELINK SOLUTIONS LLC ("LiveLink", "we", "us"). It covers our digital courses, prompt packages, and recurring subscriptions. We aim to be fair, fast, and transparent.

1. Overview
LiveLink sells digital products and services: self-paced courses on working with neural networks and AI, curated prompt packages, and ongoing subscriptions to our learning library and tools. Because these are delivered electronically and grant immediate access to valuable intellectual property, our refund rules differ from those for physical goods.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Where the law of your jurisdiction grants you stronger consumer rights than this policy, those rights apply. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory protection you may have.

2. Digital Products (Courses & Prompt Packages)
Courses and prompt packages are digital goods. Once you have accessed, downloaded, or started consuming them, they are generally non-refundable — but we offer a fair satisfaction window for courses you have barely touched.
Prompt packages & downloads
Prompt packs, templates, and downloadable assets are delivered in full at the moment of purchase. Because their entire value transfers to you on access or download, they are non-refundable once accessed. If a file is corrupted or you never received your delivery, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
Courses — 14-day satisfaction window
If a course is not what you expected, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed it — as a guide, completed less than roughly 25% of the lessons and not downloaded the full course materials. Beyond that point the value has largely been delivered and the sale is final.
What counts as "substantially consumed"? Examples include finishing a large share of the modules, downloading complete resource bundles, or claiming a certificate of completion. We assess each request individually and in good faith. The 14-day window does not apply to packages or items explicitly marked as final-sale at checkout.
Subscriptions
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions to the LiveLink library and tools renew automatically. You can cancel anytime — there are no cancellation fees and no lock-in.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you are not billed again after the current period ends.
Access until period end
After you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. You keep full access until then.
No partial-period refunds
We do not refund the unused remainder of a billing period. The fee for the current period is non-refundable once that period has begun.
If you were charged after cancelling, or a renewal went through due to a clear billing error on our side, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to admin@livelink.space from the email address you used to purchase.
Include the details
Add your order or receipt number, the product name, the purchase date, and a short note on the reason for your request.
We review & reply
We confirm receipt and respond, usually within 2 business days, with a decision or a question if we need more information.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. After we send the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account — usually a few business days, depending on the provider.
We will email you to confirm when a refund has been issued. If you have not seen the funds within 14 business days of that confirmation, contact your bank first, then reach out to us and we will help trace it.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and amicably by email. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us slows everything down and can lead to suspension of access while the dispute is open.
We keep records of purchases, deliveries, and account activity. In response to a dispute, we may provide this evidence to the payment processor. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent termination of access and recovery of associated costs to the extent permitted by law.
