Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules for using LiveLink Solutions LLC services, courses, and AI-powered tools. It exists to keep our platform safe, lawful, and useful for everyone who learns and builds with us.
Last updated: 22 June 2026
1. Purpose
LiveLink provides practical training on working with neural networks and AI, along with development services such as CRM systems, AI-driven automation, and custom applications. This Policy applies to anyone who accesses or uses our website, course materials, prompts, dashboards, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to follow this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services for any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — anything similar in spirit is also prohibited.
2.1 Illegal use
Do not use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, or to facilitate, promote, or conceal unlawful activity of any kind.
2.2 Harmful or abusive content
Do not create, upload, generate, or distribute content that is harassing, defamatory, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence or self-harm. Do not use the Services to bully, dox, impersonate, or otherwise harm other people.
2.3 Intellectual property infringement
Do not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of LiveLink or any third party. This includes generating or sharing material that copies protected works without authorization.
2.4 Reselling or redistributing course or prompt content
Course videos, lesson materials, prompt libraries, templates, source code, and other LiveLink content are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only. Do not resell, sublicense, republish, share login credentials, or otherwise redistribute this content to people outside your authorized seat without our written permission.
2.5 Disrupting or attacking the Services
Do not attempt to interfere with, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure. This includes denial-of-service attacks, scraping at abusive volumes, probing for vulnerabilities without consent, bypassing rate limits or authentication, and introducing malware or other harmful code.
2.6 Misuse of AI for prohibited purposes
Do not use our AI tools, models, or prompts to generate spam, malware, phishing, disinformation, or fraudulent material; to build surveillance or profiling systems that violate privacy law; to make high-stakes decisions (such as legal, medical, or financial determinations) without qualified human review; or to evade safety controls. AI outputs may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, use a strong password, and do not share your access. Notify us promptly at admin@livelink.space if you suspect any unauthorized use. You must also ensure that anyone you authorize to use your account complies with this Policy.
4. Consequences of Violation
If you violate this Policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing offending content, suspending or limiting features, or terminating your access without refund. We may also preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of LiveLink, our users, or the public. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any use of the Services that violates this Policy, please report it to us at admin@livelink.space. Include as much detail as you can — links, screenshots, timestamps, and a description of the issue — so we can investigate quickly. You can also use the form below to flag a concern.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
