License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Subject to your full payment and continued compliance with this Agreement, LiveLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download, and use the Products for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may apply the prompts, templates, and materials in your own projects, client work, and internal operations. The license is granted to a single Licensee — an individual or a single legal entity — and may not be shared across separate organizations.

2. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted above, you agree that you will not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Products as standalone items;
• redistribute, publish, share, or repost the Products — in whole or in part — to any third party, public repository, forum, or marketplace;
• provide access to the Products to anyone outside your household or organization, including by sharing account credentials or download links;
• repackage, rebrand, or recompile the prompts and materials into a competing product, course, template pack, or service;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, attribution, or proprietary notice contained in the Products.

Outputs you generate using the prompts in your own work are yours to use freely. The restrictions apply to the Products themselves, not to the results you create with them.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Products are licensed, not sold. LiveLink and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Products, including all underlying prompt logic, structure, wording, design, and associated intellectual property rights.

No ownership of the Products is transferred to you. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to LiveLink trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

4. Updates

From time to time we may release updates, revisions, or expanded versions of a Product. Where an update is made available to you, it is provided under the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by separate license terms.

LiveLink is under no obligation to provide updates, maintenance, or future versions, and may modify or discontinue a Product at any time.

5. Termination for Breach

This license terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement — in particular the Restrictions in Section 2.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and delete all copies in your possession or control. Sections relating to Ownership, Warranty Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability survive termination.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

LiveLink does not warrant that the Products will be error-free, that outputs generated with them will meet your requirements, or that any AI-generated result will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a given use. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveLink and its officers, members, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Products.

In all cases, LiveLink's total aggregate liability arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
